Our products — read this bit

Absolute Shirt sells gag gifts and graphic tees featuring crude, rude, and offensive humour. That is the entire point of the shop. By ordering, you confirm you're happy to receive products of this nature and that you're responsible for deciding where, when, and around whom to wear them. Being offended by a product you ordered from a shop called Absolute Shirt is not grounds for a refund.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel, you receive a full refund. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, and images on this site are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or reprint our designs without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for matters that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
