Returns & Refunds

Every Absolute Shirt product is printed to order — your shirt doesn't exist until you order it. Because our products are made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal for change-of-mind returns (Article 16(c), EU Consumer Rights Directive). In plain English: we can't accept returns because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or your mom saw it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us at absoluteshirt1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No drama.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it goes into production. Because we print quickly, that window is short — email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it if production hasn't started.

Sizing

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, as we can't exchange made-to-order items for a different size.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
